We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.
To request a return, email us at info@zenpan-ec.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note: We do not accept returns or refunds due to price differences (e.g., if the product price changes after your purchase).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.
Please note: Customers are responsible for paying any import duties or taxes required by their local customs.
If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, we will deduct the round-trip shipping costs and any customs handling fees in Japan (if applicable) before issuing a refund.
